I performed my first structural inspection in 2008 while working for the former owner of Able Home Inspections, Bruce Lunsford, and I've been involved in construction and inspections ever since. I have personally performed thousands of inspections while maintaining a perfect BBB rating.

My time with Manhattan Construction Company and Prime Carpentry was the perfect exposure for Commercial and Residential Home Inspections.  While employed with these companies, I oversaw construction/inspections of large Multi-Use Sports Complex Facilities, Nursing Homes, Southwest Florida Airport renovations, and residential home renovations.
